　　You should not open this file if you received it from an untrusted source or as an

　　attachment to an unexpected or suspicious e-mail

　　我的软件是安全的是，为什么都提示这个，原因是你的服务的问题，

　　win+R 输入services.msc 进入服务列表，

　　找到security center 如果没启动，就把它启动

　　如果启动失败，就启动Remote Procedure Call(RPC) 和 Windows Management Instrumentation 然后再来启动security center

　　这样就不会有This file is potentially unsafe to open的提示了
